6.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via email or other communication channels.
6.2 Pricing
All prices listed on our Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional fees, such as tourism levies, park entrance fees, or optional activities, may apply and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
6.3 Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified on our Site. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
For certain bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due at a later date as specified in your booking confirmation.
6.4 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the tour package and are specified in the tour details. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your chosen tour before completing your booking.
In general, cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure date are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure may receive a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are typically non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your tour.
7. Code of Conduct
When using our Site or participating in our tours, you agree to:

- Respect the natural environment and cultural heritage sites

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Maple Leaf Tours and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. User Content

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Maple Leaf Tours, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
- Any content obtained from the Site
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) if no such payments have been made.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maple Leaf Tours regarding our Site and services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
